Kalm Technology is a small team that builds websites and apps, looks after business data, and helps people make sense of AI. Our clients are businesses without anyone in-house who wants to own the technical side.

No, and most of our clients are not. You describe the problem in your own words. We work out what it needs, tell you the price, and handle the build and the hosting. You will not be asked to learn anything.

Data migration is moving your information from one system to another, for example spreadsheets into a CRM, or an old platform to its replacement. You need it any time you switch software and cannot afford to lose your history. It is the step most people underestimate, and the one that goes wrong most often.

We use AI where it makes us faster, which is most of the building. A person reads every piece of work before it reaches you. Not every automation needs AI either, and we will not add it where a simpler approach does the job.

Between GBP 1,500 and GBP 12,000 for most projects, or roughly USD 1,900 to USD 15,000. That is the whole job, not a day rate. Support afterwards is GBP 300 a month if you want it. You get the price in writing after the free audit and before anyone starts.

Two to four weeks for most automations and migrations. Four to eight for a website, depending on how ready your content is. Bigger builds go out in stages so you see something working early rather than waiting months.
