What do you need from me?
A description of the problem in your own words. You don't need the technical terms. Screenshots or a screen recording help, and you can send them by replying to our email.
What happens after I send it?
We read it properly and email you back with what we'd do, what it would cost, and whether it's worth doing at all. If you'd like us to do the work, we'll send a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.
