Kalm Technology is an innovative technology studio. We build AI automations, migrate data, and design websites and apps for founders who are brilliant at what they do and would rather not become technical to keep doing it.
Why we exist
Most technology suppliers are set up to serve people who already speak the language. Quotes arrive full of terms nobody explains, scope grows quietly, and the person paying ends up unsure what they bought or whether it worked.
That is a solvable problem, and solving it is the point of this agency. We work with people who run businesses rather than build software. We explain options clearly, quote a fixed price, recommend the smallest thing that solves the problem, and say so plainly when the answer is that you do not need us.
What a small team actually means here
We take a deliberately small number of clients at once. You talk to the person doing the work. Decisions get made in a conversation rather than a ticket queue, and nothing about your project is anonymous to us.

Plain English, always
If you cannot explain a technical decision to the person paying for it, the decision is not finished. We do not hide behind vocabulary.
Honest about what you need
Sometimes the right answer is a smaller project than you expected, or none at all. We would rather say so and keep your trust than sell you something you did not need.
Small team, on purpose
We take on a small number of projects at a time. You work directly with the person building your project, not an account manager relaying messages.
You own everything
The code, the accounts, the domain. No lock-in. If you ever want to move on, we help you move on.
