Every project starts with a free audit. After that, most projects cost between £1,500 and £12,000 in total, which is roughly $1,900 to $15,000. That is the whole project, not a day rate or an hourly rate, and each service is quoted separately so you can take one or several.
We are not VAT registered, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay.

The small print, in plain English
We are not VAT registered, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Nothing gets added at the invoice. If you cannot reclaim VAT, that is a real saving against agencies who charge it.
We agree the schedule together before starting. Normally a percentage up front, then payments against milestones as work is delivered. You are never asked for the full amount before you have seen anything.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you before we do it. No work appears on an invoice that you did not agree to first.
The code, the accounts and the domain are yours. If you want to move to another provider or bring it in house, you can, and we will help you hand it over.
Longer engagements
Some work is not a project. If you have a roadmap rather than a single process, or you want someone alongside your team for a few months, we work on a monthly basis instead. You get the same person throughout, not a rotating account team.
Part time
One or two days a week
Steady progress on a backlog of automations, or ongoing product and technical work alongside your team.
Embedded
Three or more days a week
For a defined stretch, when you need someone leading delivery rather than handing over a finished piece of work.

Why we cost less
UK agencies typically charge £1,000 to £5,000 for a single automation and £10,000 to £25,000 for a full implementation. We sit below the top of that range because we use AI to do the building, which makes us considerably faster than a team working by hand. The saving goes to you rather than into more billable hours.
What does not change is the review. Every automation, every migration and every page is checked by a person before it reaches you. We do not ship anything a human has not read.

No. Kalm Technology is not VAT registered, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay and nothing is added at the invoice. Many UK agencies quote plus VAT, which adds 20 percent. If your business cannot reclaim VAT, that is a genuine saving rather than a presentation difference.

Then we quote it separately under Bespoke. The tiers describe what most projects look like, not a limit on what we will do. Larger builds are delivered in stages so you see working software early rather than paying for months of invisible progress, and you can stop between stages.
